Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Your first payment

If Cart Lookout isn’t right for you, email hello@cartlookout.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions, no forms.

After that

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-used months or years, except where the law says we must.

How refunds are paid

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live.
